Retail Store Manager (m/f/d)

 

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • In order to achieve the given budget, manage sales, P&L and various KPIs.
  • Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
  • Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  • Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
  • Manage and create the shift of store staff every day and month.
  • Manage the whole In-store product display (VMD)
  • Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
  • Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
  • Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
     

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or relevant field preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Customer-first mindset 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for fashion & lifestyle brands.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg.
