Retail Sales Associate (m/f/d)

 

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented retail sales associate to join our team. The sales associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection and purchase, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Analytics Implementation and Management

  • Lead the implementation of digital analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Contentsquare) to ensure accurate tracking of web performance and user interactions.
  • Manage ongoing analytics enhancement projects and reporting, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of insights
  • Web and Marketing Analytics:

  • Utilize web analytics to monitor site performance, user engagement, and conversion rates, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads) to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Experimentation and Personalization:

  • Design and manage A/B tests using experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely) to optimize website customer experience and marketing initiatives.
  • Implement and evaluate personalization strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Pricing and Product Analytics:

  • Use price monitoring tools to assess competitive positioning and recommend optimizations.
  • Evaluate product performance metrics against website user behavior to inform merchandising strategies, inventory management and on-site customer experience
  • Influencer Marketing Analysis:

  • Monitor and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights on reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize influencer partnerships based on data-driven findings.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau to present data insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Generate regular reports summarizing key performance metrics, trends, and recommendations.

 

YOUR COMPETENCIES:

  • Very high degree of drive and curiosity
  • Excellent understanding of SEA Audience/Consumer
  • Excellent New Media proficiency (paid channels, own channels, content marketing, marketing automation, CRM)
  • High proficiency in Analytics tools and data interpretation
  • Excellent experience with and understanding of ecommerce & online shop systems
  • Understanding Audience/Customer Personas,
  • Customer-centric manner of thinking and acting
  • Project management and time management , Planning and organizational strengths as well as the ability to work in a precise, solution-oriented manner
  • High level of commitment and the ability to work with international teams
  • Experience in the shoe/fashion/lifestyle industry is a plus

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience or strong interest in a digital analytics role, ideally within an e-commerce setting.
  • Proficiency or strong interest in GA4, Contentsquare, Optimizely, and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with price monitoring tools and influencer marketing analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Good communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Knowledge of web development concepts and tagging frameworks (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral analysis techniques.
