Head of Production (m/w/d)

YOUR NEW PAIR OF SHOES:

• Responsibility for managing and providing disciplinary leadership to the EVA and PU production areas in shift operations.

• Ensuring efficient and on-schedule production by monitoring, planning, and continuously optimizing machine availability, quality, and production volume at the Pasewalk site.

• Guaranteeing smooth production processes with a focus on cost control, optimal utilization, quality standards, and productivity improvement.

• Performing capacity planning as well as monitoring and analyzing relevant production KPIs.

• Optimizing workflows and production processes using modern methods such as MTM (Methods-Time Measurement).

• Planning and effectively utilizing personnel and material resources to meet production targets.

• Ensuring and maintaining quality standards across all production areas.

• Collaborating closely with departments such as Engineering, Planning, Logistics, Quality Management, Maintenance, and other support functions.

• Taking responsibility for compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace.

• Promoting and developing the team through targeted training measures and supporting the personal growth of employees.

YOUR PATH THROUGH LIFE:

• You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification, supplemented by relevant further training or solid industry knowledge in EVA and PU production processes.

• You have several years of experience in managing industrial production, especially in manufacturing technology, production planning, and employee leadership – ideally in the footwear industry with a focus on PU.

• You bring a strong understanding of Lean Management and practical experience in applying and implementing MTM (Methods-Time Measurement).

• You are fluent in English; knowledge of Polish and German is a plus.

• Your profile is rounded off by strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a cost-conscious approach.
