VOTRE MISSION:

• Saisie des commandes et des réassorts
• Réponse aux demandes d’information des clients
• Gestion des annulations et les modifications de commandes
• Mise à jour des tableaux de bords de suivi de l’activité
• Gestion des suivis des paiements clients
• Suivi des credits limits clients
• Organisation des demandes de transports

VOTRE PROFIL:

• De formation Bac +2 management commercial
• Goût et sensibilité pour les chiffres
• A l’aise dans la relation commerciale
• Passionné(e) par l’univers de la mode
• Enthousiaste, polyvalent(e), curieux (se)
• Bon niveau en anglais
• Sens du service 
• A l’aise avec Pack Office
• Excellente expression orale et écrite
