YOUR TASKS:

• You keep all project timelines up to date

• You follow up with all departments on deliverables and deadlines, to ensure a smooth project run through

• You support on contractual setup for collaborations

• You create internal informative documents for the board

• You create internal reporting documents incl. derivation of learnings from previous collaborations, overviews and strategies under the guidance of the senior project manager

• You coordinate and prepare internal and external meetings for all Collaborations and 1774 collections

• You attend relevant meetings and insure distribution of relevant information prior and post meeting

• You assist in the organization of Events

• You act as interface between Product, Sales, PR and Content Creation within the Paris Special Project team, Legal, Production and Logistics within the Birkenstock Mainline landscape

• You manage invoices in SAP

YOUR COMPETENCIES:

• Communication & Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German (spoken and written), with knowledge of a third language like French being a plus. Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.

• Professional & Personal Attributes: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure. A proactive, solution-driven mindset with resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment. High levels of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

• Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in International Business or equivalent, with at least three years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other IT tools.

• Passion & Interest: A genuine interest in the fashion industry and hands-on involvement in project coordination.
