HR Business Partner France (m/f/d) - Part-time 24h

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to employees and managers, supporting performance, development, and organisational changes.
• Ensure compliance with employment law, internal policies, and the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
• Oversee profit-sharing schemes and ensure alignment with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including drafting employment contracts and amendments, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and dispute resolution, while acting as a key contact for the CSE (Comité Social et Économique).
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of HR and payroll-related data in internal systems.
• Lead and support national projects in close collaboration with the HR EMEA team

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

• Degree in Human Resources, law or a related field
• Proven experience in an HR generalist or manager role in France including collaboration with CSE, ideally with a retail background
• Advanced knowledge of employment legislation - prior experience with the collective bargaining agreement IDCC 500 is preferred 
• Native level French and excellent English language skills
• MS Office knowledge and ideally first experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Handling sensitive topics with empathy while keeping confidentiality
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
