(Senior) Digital Creative Content Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

  • Close collaboration with the Creative Director to lead and enhance the brand’s creative voice and vision, ensuring consistency across all digital channels.
  • Managing  the digital creative process by supervising the internal creative team or external productions, driving the production of all marketing materials across various digital platforms.
  • Co-working with the Content Management team (Content House) to streamline the day-to-day activities of both internal and external teams, ensuring all deliverables are clearly defined, effective, and executed efficiently.
  • Benchmark and implement digital strategies to optimize campaign performance, working closely with regional teams to adapt and refine approaches for local markets.
  • Monitoring emerging digital trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inspire fresh, insightful ideas and adjust digital strategies for maximum impact.
  • Generating creative ideas that enhance the implementation of digital strategies and foster a culture of innovation within the creative team, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge campaigns.
  • Leverage social media analytics to craft compelling brand messaging that drives lead generation and conversion, working closely with the Content Management team and regional units to align strategies.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to shape the strategic digital direction of the company, ensuring unity and consistency in messaging across all digital channels.
  • Developing compelling pitch presentations to secure stakeholder approval and buy-in.
  • Managing the design and art-direction of digital stories and packages for mobile, web, and social media.

 

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a senior position in a similar field.
  • Expertise in digital design for web, UX, UI, and front-end development using tools like XD, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Deep understanding of the creative process in marketing, including branding, video, photography, UX copywriting, and digital art direction.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, conceptual design, and strategic thinking skills with a growth mindset.
  • Deep knowledge of art, fashion, and design trends.
  • Proficient in key design tools including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
