Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) - Iberia (Maternity Cover)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Manage the Customer Service Team with responsibility for developing, implementing and fulfilling the Birkenstock SLA
  • Liaise with the Group Customer Service and supply chain functions to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
  • Manage all orders to fulfilment, right first time, with a targeted 100% delivery OTIF
  • Ensure that the customer master data is complete and accurate, and that prices are promptly maintained on SAP
  • Develop and manage high quality and informative reportings of orders and sales, both volumetrically and financially
  • Set clear standards and deploy strategies focused towards these standards
  • Ensure that the credit note process is adhered to and that all credits are approved and raised promptly so all customer debts are collectable
  • Analyse and develop reports required for customer service and sales team
  • Work across teams to share knowledge and  to ensure that sales and service are never compromised

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Professional experience (min. 2 years) in Customer Service / Operations and as a team lead 
  • Excellent communication skills (in English and Spanish), diplomacy and conflict management  
  • Team player with superb time management skills and business acumen
  • Solution driven and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyse data quickly and precisely 
  • Needed IT-skills: SAP, IFS, Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
