Senior Manager Membership Europe (m/f/d)

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and own the delivery of the overall European membership strategy ensuring realization of critical consumer and business impact
  • Chair the monthly membership steering committee ensuring impactful sessions with relevant stakeholders to drive the membership program forward
  • Refine and deliver a strong and BIRKENSTOCK-specific membership promise to consumers across critical buckets of benefits (e.g., product, experience, content) leveraging all available levers (e.g., digital website, retail locations, owned communication) 
  • Drive clear prioritization and execution of the membership roadmap (immediate, midterm, and long-term initiatives) ensuring delivery of key value drops through close collaboration with the membership taskforce and critical stakeholders and ongoing iteration for continuous improvement
  • Own the internal European membership communication plan incl. maintenance and dissemination of the membership strategy, roadmap, measurements of success, recent wins, and learnings (e.g., through critical forums likely Monthly Business Review, Quarterly Business review)  
  • Deliver both in year optimizations in response to consumer, market and business needs while also driving longer term requirements for the membership program
  • Strong collaboration with key functions of Digital Marketing, Digital Product, Merchandising, Buying and Direct-To-Consumer Analytics teams across key membership initiatives

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience with at least 3 in membership / loyalty programs including an in-depth understanding of best practice
  • Action oriented, strategic thinker comfortable defining the future and willing to challenge the status quo and dig in to deliver impact iteratively
  • Excellent project management skills with a strong track record of driving complex and novel x-functional projects/programs from inception to impact
  • Exceptional cross-functional senior stakeholder management
  • Unparalleled organizational, coordination and communications skills 
  • Data-driven decision maker with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations to drive consumer and business impact
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering transformational change in the membership / loyalty space
  • Passionate about consumer centricity and delivering business value through listening to and delivering for the consumer
  • A collaborative mindset, fostering a constructive team environment where diverse backgrounds, skills and perspectives are brought together to achieve common goal
  • Fluent in English 
  • Willingness to travel to Germany on a monthly basis to ensure a personal exchange with stakeholders
