Manager E-Commerce Operations (m/f/d) Europe


  • Responsibility for the Payment & Fraud area within our online shops in the Europe region (approx. 20 markets), as well as for the planning of all operational key figures (incl. set-up and development of a key figure and forecasting tool)
  • Review and optimization of our payment structure and provider landscape
  • Identification and tracking of relevant KPIs with the aim to monitor the entire payment process, as well as implementation of a key performance indicator dashboard for the Digital Operations Europe division
  • Further development of payment processes in close cooperation with the relevant service providers, banks, etc., especially with regard to user experience, customer satisfaction and transaction costs
  • Evaluation of new payment methods and trends in the European context and derivation of recommendations for action for the development of a payment roadmap
  • Controlling, further development and continuous improvement of risk and fraud prevention tools
  • Establishment and development of a medium- and short-term forecast for all relevant operations metrics



  • University degree with a focus on systems / processes or a comparable, relevant training 
  • At least three years of professional experience in the operational digital environment with a focus on business intelligence, payment and forecasting
  • Expert knowledge of payment types and their development as well as a high degree of online affinity and know-how of benchmarking 
  • Sound knowledge in the use of tools such as Excel, SQL and Tableau; ERP, CRM and OMS system knowledge is advantageous 
  • Understanding of processes, strong communication skills and persuasiveness
  • Strong analytical skills and a holistic entrepreneurial mindset
  • Very good English skills; German language skills are a plus
