Digital Experience Specialist (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in managing and optimizing key Lower Funnel touchpoints (Cart, Checkout, Order, Return, FAQ pages) for Birkenstock.com across Europe to deliver seamless user journeys and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Launch new Lower Funnel initiatives and optimize existing experiences based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Update and maintain FAQ pages to ensure relevant, clear, and up-to-date content.
- Integrate real-time shipping, payment, and delivery methods information for greater transparency in the customer experience.
- Support the creation and enhancement of efficient processes for eCommerce order management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital Operations, Digital Product, and Business teams to drive innovation and optimize digital experiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on Lower Funnel performance to enhance CSAT/NPS and other key performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment with the Senior Digital Experience Manager and optimize content through ongoing research and best practices.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- First experience in eCommerce, within fashion or a brand-led company
- Knowledge of order management systems, omnichannel experience, and digital operations.
- Expertise in data analysis, creative problem-solving, and design thinking.
- Solid understanding of content management, QA processes, and digital performance metrics (CSAT/NPS).
- Excellent team collaboration, communication, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Fluent English language skills
