Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager Europe (m/f/d)

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and continuously improve A/B testing and digital experience insights across Birkenstock.com in Europe
  • Develop and manage the Experience Insights strategy, including testing processes, prioritisation, and delivery framework
  • Build and maintain a testing and personalisation roadmap within an Agile framework
  • Manage A/B testing and NPS/CSAT tools, ensuring accurate data and smooth operations
  • Report on test results, share actionable insights, and educate stakeholders across teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate insights into rollout decisions and impactful experience improvements
  • Manage and own the centralised understanding of best practices, key learnings, and recommendations for future improvements
  • Maintain a clear understanding of consumer and member segments, expectations, trends, market dynamics, and Conversion Rate Optimisation levers
  • Act as a passionate champion of exceptional, personalised consumer and member experiences across the organisation
  • Establish best-in-class processes that enable scalable and data-driven optimisation

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in digital optimisation, testing, or a related field
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on impact, detail, and resilience
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Skilled at translating data into insights and educating others on findings
  • Experience in A/B testing, consumer segmentation, and UX optimisation
  • Comfortable managing NPS and CSAT tools and interpreting results
  • Confident in making decisions within your area of responsibility
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, applying design thinking where relevant
  • Proficient in Agile ways of working and familiar with related tools
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, methodical approach
  • Passionate about delivering personalised, insight-driven digital experiences
