CRM Manager Customer Retention (m/f/d) 



  • Joint responsibility for the development of the digital customer retention strategy with a focus on customer acquisition within existing customers
  • Conception, planning and implementation of exclusive benefits for members 
  • Further development of self-services and value-added services for our customers in cooperation with the business development team
  • Design and implementation of on-site personalization measures in collaboration with the Web Shop team and colleagues from the email marketing department
  • Independent monitoring and analysis of retention measures based on defined KPIs
  • Working closely with product owners and developers to implement technological innovations and working closely with the business development team and colleagues from BIRKENSTOCK Retail



  • A successfully completed degree in business sciences or the humanities, or a comparable course of study
  • At least three years of professional experience in the area of customer retention, loyalty/membership or CRM, ideally with a systemic-technical focus
  • Understanding of international brands and mono-brand stores, preferably in the fashion industry 
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel and proven competence working with a popular membership/loyalty engine
  • Basic knowledge of how to use Salesforce systems, personalization engines and Google Analytics are advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills, basic knowledge of additional European languages and German language skills are advantageous
  • Excellent analytical skills, hands-on mentality and a holistic, entrepreneurial mindset
