Working Student Talent Acquisition Europe (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Phrasing and posting of target group specific job advertisements 
• Support the pre-screening of applications  
• Responsibility for candidate communication and coordination of digital and f2f interviews 
• Research and analysis of Talent Acquisition trends 
• Handling of ad-hoc requests and operational tasks 

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:  

• You are enrolled at a university, ideally with a focus on Human Resources Management or similar subjects 
• Service oriented and well-structured way of working with a strong attention to detail 
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• Good knowledge in common MS-Office applications 
• Fluent German and English language skills
• You are available for 20 hours/week, ideally split on 4-5 days
