YOUR NEW PAIR OF SHOES:

• You support the further development of the Birkenstock B2B shop and its associated processes in close collaboration with the specialist department, key users, and the shop provider.
• Training key users/regions during roll-outs & feature enhancements is your responsibility.
• Supporting incident and change management, including forwarding disruptions, makes you indispensable.
• You assist in reporting platform-relevant KPIs.
• Seasonal preparation, including data management & monitoring the product catalog, is also part of your tasks.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field of study, e.g., business administration, marketing, computer science, or similar
• Interest in e-commerce, digital business models, and B2B sales
• Initial experience with B2B and B2C online shop systems (e.g., Neocles, Shopify, Magento, SFCC, WooCommerce) or product information management (PIM) and content management systems (CMS) is an advantage
• Solution-oriented and analytical personality with a strong hands-on mentality
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
