Working Student (m/w/d) Software Asset and Procurement Management

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• Assist with data entry and maintenance in asset management and procurement tools
• Place orders and confirm deliveries with vendors
• Support internal operational processes and cross-functional coordination
• Help document processes in German and English
• Contribute to internal projects related to software asset and procurement management

 YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Comfortable using standard IT platforms such as MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of IT service management tools is a plus
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving
• Able to work independently and in a team, showing initiative and creativity
