Working Student (m/f/d) Product Owner B2B Shop

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• You analyze user behavior and support the continuous development of the Birkenstock B2B shop to optimize the user experience, working closely with internal departments and our shop provider
• You are responsible for creating training materials for key users during roll-outs and when introducing new features
• You support our Customer Service team with inquiries related to the B2B shop
• You create merchandising materials and marketing campaigns within the B2B shop
• You generate reports on platform-relevant KPIs
• You are also responsible for seasonal preparation, including master data check and correction

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant field of study, such as business administration, marketing, computer science, or similar
• Interest in e-commerce, digital business models, and B2B sales
• Initial experience with B2B and B2C online shop systems (e.g., Neocles, Shopify, Magento, SFCC, WooCommerce) or with Product Information Management (PIM) and Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus, but not required
• A solution-oriented and analytical mindset with a strong hands-on attitude
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
