Working Student (m/f/d) - Global Sourcing

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• Support of our Sourcing Team. 
• Administrative tasks, especially obtaining and archiving contracts.
• Maintenance of shared data bases.
• Supporting in regular price checks.
• Supporting in onboarding new suppliers according to Birkenstock’s standard processes.
• Supporting in tender activities including sending RFQs and analyzing quotations.
• Designing presentation.
• Sample sending/distribution.
• Project assistance.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Course of study in Business administration or corresponding commercial training (industry or trade).
• Some working experience within in industry.
• MS Office skills (PowerPoint / Excel).
• Good communication skills and good command of English.
• Agreeable person with good networking skills.
