Senior Social Media Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• Work closely with the international team to implement our brand and social strategy effectively.

• Manage and optimize all Global Social Media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Monitor social media channels, metrics, and trends to stay abreast of industry developments and audience preferences.

• Create monthly and annual KPI-driven reports to showcase the results of our social media efforts, along with key takeaways and actionable insights.

• Develop social-first formats that align with our strategy and objectives, ensuring content resonates with our target audience.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Social, Marketing, or Communication roles.

• Social Media Native with a deep understanding of various platforms and their audiences.

• Creative, independent, and keen to contribute your own ideas to enhance our social media presence.

• Structured and result-oriented, combined with a hands-on mindset to drive impactful outcomes.

• Organizational and graphic talent as well as a good feeling for design and visual language.

• Proficient in English, with strong communication skills both written and verbal.

• Passionate about Birkenstock.
