Senior Project Manager Europe (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take responsibility for project management within the European organization, with focus on Operations and Planning.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency and transparency in commercial processes.
• Analyze, structure, and optimize processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Implement and establish process standards within the organization, working closely with existing teams.
• Conduct project workshops and change management initiatives to further develop the organization.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder management to ensure effective collaboration.
• Develop standards and best practices for prioritizing and managing projects, including the use of modern project management tools.

YOUR PROFILE:

• 5+ years of professional experience in a comparable role.
• A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong project management experience, ideally related to SAP implementations.
• A structured approach to work and excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of complex interdependencies.
• Clear, audience-specific communication skills, paired with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with agile and traditional project management methods such as Scrum, PRINCE2, and Kanban, as well as expertise in project management and data analysis tools.
• Expertise in optimizing operational workflows and developing solutions for process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
