Senior Manager Partner Retail Europe (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the strategic expansion of Partner Retail across European markets and lead new market entries
• Manage the full partner journey: from selection and onboarding to store openings and operational setup
• Ensure top-tier retail execution, optimizing sales, conversion, and customer experience
• Align in-store product assortments with commercial and marketing priorities
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Finance, Legal, and other key teams to align initiatives with business goals
• Track performance, analyze KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership
• Ensure premium brand presence through consistent merchandising and service standards
• Build strong partner relationships and deliver training to empower retail team

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

• Strategic thinker with proven results in retail or partner expansion
• Strong analytical skills to turn KPIs into actionable insights
• Collaborative and effective across teams and cultures
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects under pressure
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail, partner management, or indirect sales
• Successful track record in international growth, preferably in Europe
• Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English (written & verbal); additional languages a plus
