Senior Brand Manager Expansionary Categories Europe (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take brand ownership for the expansionary categories such as the professional business, kids, or orthopedics.
- Manage holistically the planning, conception and execution of all brand activities as part of Birkenstock Europe's expansionary category offensive.
- Hold cross-channel brand responsibility across B2B and DTC, including brand activation.
- Drive planning and execution, from leveraging consumer insights to identifying the right channel/media mix to effectively convey Birkenstock’s vision, identity, and brand message, involving stakeholders throughout.
- Define content needs and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, e.g. Birkenstock Content House and/or (marketing) agencies.
- Own quality management of content production and the seasonal launch of consumer-facing brand activity.
- Develop and execute state-of-the-art media and brand activation plans.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, healthcare, gastronomy, kids, or related industries.
- Proven ability to be structured, proactive, and solution focused.
- Strong cross-functional and marketing expertise, with a deep understanding of the business/industry. Experience in B2B marketing is advantageous.
- High proficiency with MS Office; Keynote and Adobe tools (e.g., InDesign, Acrobat) are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills; additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are beneficial.
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis to key markets, brand events, and content productions.
