Sales Support Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• As an SAP key user, you will be a competent troubleshooter in the Sales & Distribution area, manage change requests and incidents including testing in SAP SD (AFS), rectify systemic pricing errors and plan SAP projects and processes via Jira and Confluence in collaboration with our IT department. 
• With innovative drive, you will provide support in the area of EDI data connections - with the aim of relieving our customer service and digitizing our business processes. This also includes customer management, problem solving and comprehensive documentation, together with our provider and the IT department.
• You will support our B2B platform with seasonal updates and data maintenance as well as troubleshooting.
• You will create the service catalog for our value-added services, maintain the associated customer data in SAP and provide master data and prices for our sales channels.
• Your expertise will also flow into future ERP migration projects and process optimizations.
• You will help to record our process landscape in the area of Sales & Distribution
• You enjoy evaluations and new reporting tools that can optimize our processes. 
• Last but not least, you will be happy to pass on your knowledge, support both our subsidiaries and our offices abroad, provide first-level support for SAP end users and train your colleagues on SAP processes.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or business administration or a comparable qualification.
• Practical experience in the EDI area and ideally in ERP migration projects.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and SAP SD (AFS).
• Experience in first level support and training of SAP users.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong team player with analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
• Willing to take on responsibility and able to communicate technical knowledge in an understandable way.
