Purchasing Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• Analyze demand based on production requirements and historical data and ensure that all required materials are available.

• Monitor and optimize stock levels to avoid bottlenecks and overstocking.

• Create and manage purchase orders, monitor ordering processes and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and disruptions in the supply chain, and clarify complaints and returns with suppliers.

• Ensure transparent and effective communication within the team and with other departments, manage and evaluate suppliers operationally.

• Identify and implement improvements in ordering processes, analyze trends for demand planning and inventory optimization and act proactively for continuous improvement.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• You have a degree or have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
• You have 2–3 years of professional experience in purchasing/procurement.
• You have a good command of written and spoken English.
• You have good SAP and MS Office skills.
• You have excellent self-organization skills and a proactive, systemic way of thinking and acting.
• You enjoy working in a team and are results orientated.
