Order Book Manager EMEA (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience in (B2B) customer service/operations or a related field - experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
•    Strong IT affinity and sound understanding of business-critical KPIs
•    Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
•    Solid experience working with SAP and PowerBI
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in German and English
•    Independent and well-organized working style
•    Ability to prioritize deadlines while keeping a passion for detail
•    Reliable, assertive team player
 
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
•    Monitor delivery dates and product availability for our customers across Europe
•    Actively support the achievement of quarterly/annual targets
•    Manage available quantities across various channels and regions and
•    Create and analyze standard reports
•    Develop recommendations for risk management based on KPI tracking
•    Prepare material master data overviews
•    Analyze order books to enure on-time deliveries
•    Participate in interdisciplinary projects
•    Close collaboration with Sales Planning, Customer Operations and Global Functions
