Microsoft 365 Collaboration Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL: 

•  Support the Identity & Collaboration team in implementing and developing cloud solutions based on Microsoft 365 
•  Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, Teams Telephony, and SharePoint 
•  Provide user support and conduct employee training sessions 
•  Develop training concepts and materials 
•  Create small PowerShell scripts 
•  Collaborate with Network, Application, Critical Platforms, and SAP teams, colleagues

YOUR WALK OF LIFE: 

• Completed training as IT specialist or similar (career changers welcome) 
• 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration 
• Specialized knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint 
• Proficient in German (at least B2+) and English (B2)
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills 
• Passionate about the job, curious, and open to new ideas
