Merchandise Manager DTC (m/w/d) Europe 

YOUR TASKS: 

• Analyze, plan, and steer the product flow and Store based performance KPI’s with a strong drive to improve and secure product efficiency, being an integrated part of our DTC Buying team and x-functionally connected to Product Buying, Retail Operations, Marketing and Global functions. 
• Create purchase orders and replenishment call offs for the DTC Retail stores based on the relevant performance KPI’s.  
• Track and manage campaigns and launch calendar.  
• Plan and forecast the monthly intakes according to Retail Sales targets. 
• Autonomous decision making on product call offs and replenishment for the DTC Retail fleet. 

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:  

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Merchandise Planning, Buying and/or Sales functions, preferably within the fashion and lifestyle industry 
• Strong advocate of effective communication with a high affinity for numbers, an analytical mindset and hands-on-mentality 
• Team player with quick comprehension skills and the willingness to develop and learn 
• Self-motivated personality with a structured way of working and organizational talent 
• High proficiency with MS Office (Excel), experience with SAP interfaces is considered a plus 
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills; additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are advantageous
