Material Procurement Performance Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• Independently create, maintain, and continuously improve the reporting system.
• Analyze data to identify and address deviations from agreed KPIs.
• Generate ad hoc reports related to material availability as required.
• Support process optimization by conceptualizing, developing, and implementing necessary reports.
• Present and explain reports to various committees and organizational levels, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Derive actionable recommendations based on reporting results to support decision-making and improvement

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• 4-5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or controlling.
• Experience in a similar role focused on reporting and data analysis
• Experience in a production company is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in using reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP BW.
• Experience in building and managing databases.
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Very good knowledge of English (both written and spoken). German is a plus
