Talent Acquisition Manager Europe (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own Talent Acquisition for both Office and Retail roles across Europe
- Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with applicants via video call, telephone, or on-site
- For Office roles, manage all active sourcing measures, including identification, selection, and active approach of candidates
- Contribute to the European-wide store expansion strategy and meet high-volume hiring targets for the summer peak within the Retail function
- Manage and improve the whole Talent Acquisition process for your vacancies, ensuring an excellent candidate journey
- Ensure reporting and analysis of the success of Talent Acquisition measures
- Be a sparring partner and point of contact regarding Talent Acquisition for Hiring Managers
- Drive Employer Branding and Communication related projects
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
- Passion for people - It fascinates you to work with people and you enjoy a dynamic and rapidly developing environment
- Passion for our products and a strong identification with our brand
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in international Talent Acquisition, ideally with a fashion or lifestyle brand
- Confident and outgoing personality with an engaging and inspiring attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach
- Good knowledge of common MS-Office applications and a SAP TA Management-Tool
- Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
