Junior Inventory Allocation Manager (m/w/d)

Your shoes to fill:

• Creation and delivery of inventory reports in Power BI Desktop with a focus on quantity and quality
• Calculation of inventory forecasts and tracking of agreed inventory targets
• Establishment of open-to-buy rules and calculation of production numbers per season
• Reallocation management based on stock coverage to optimize inventory availability and prevent lost sales
• Co-creation of a never-out-of-stock program and subsequent tracking
• Assessment of inventory based on stock coverage, seasonality, and overstock, and implementing measures to reduce overstock
• Regular creation of reports to reflect the current inventory and demand situation (Excel & Power BI)
• Conducting data analyses to evaluate inventory and demand performance, as well as ad hoc analyses of emerging issues

Your walk of life:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Management, Supply Chain, Project Management)
• Solid MS Office skills (especially Excel); Power BI and ERP systems are a plus
• Ability to connect the dots from the data and present solutions
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Affinity for numbers, proactive working style, and hands-on mentality
• Very good English skills
