International Tax Specialist (m/w/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• You primarily support our European group companies in preparing income tax returns and during tax audits.
• You review the current and deferred tax positions of our foreign group companies for quarterly IFRS reporting purposes.
• You implement OECD regulations on the global minimum tax (Pillar 2), including the rollout of an IT solution for submitting related reports.
• You support cross-border M&A transactions within the Birkenstock Group.
• You monitor new tax regulations and analyze their impact on the tax position of the Birkenstock Group.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on taxation; a tax advisor exam is an advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of international tax law.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an industrial company.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong MS Office skills are required.
• A hands-on mentality and a passion for the fashion industry, especially for BIRKENSTOCK, complete your profile.
