Internal Control Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR NEW PAIR OF SHOES:

• You conduct comprehensive reviews of business processes to identify risks and develop appropriate countermeasures.
• You carefully and thoroughly document control measures.
• You monitor the implementation of these measures and ensure they are effectively applied.
• You communicate potential areas for improvement clearly and convincingly to relevant stakeholders.
• You support the implementation of action plans and actively contribute to the development of relevant policies and procedures. 

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• You hold a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
• You have at least two years of professional experience in auditing, finance, or controlling. Ideally, you already have experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance and possess a solid understanding of internal control systems.
• Ideally, you're familiar with SAP software.
• You’re confident in using MS Office applications.
• You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Good to very good German skills are a strong plus.
• If you hold certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), that’s a big advantage.
• You stand out through clear, focused communication with a wide range of stakeholders. Taking responsibility and showing initiative come naturally to you. You enjoy working independently, are curious, detail-oriented, and can handle ambiguity with confidence.
