IT Workplace Engineer (m/w/d)

Your shoes to fill:

• Your primary focus will be on the strategic planning, design, and ongoing development of the “Modern Workplace”, with particular emphasis on Apple devices (iOS and macOS). You’ll also be actively involved in enhancing IT operations for end-users.
• Collaborate closely with Application, Infrastructure, and IT Asset Management teams to design and implement innovative workplace solutions.
• Among other things, you will support the administration, monitoring and further development of the MS Intune environment and the clients used.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal IT colleagues, external service providers, and stakeholders from various business departments.

Your walk of life:

• Successfully completed computer science studies or comparable training with relevant experience (e.g. IT specialist for system integration, etc)
• Strong hands-on experience in client and mobile device management (Windows, macOS, iOS), as well as in software deployment.
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Defender , and Intune , including Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Intune policy management.
• Ideally, prior experience in IT security and system migration to Microsoft Intune.
• Independent, structured, and results-driven approach to work.
• Strong analytical skills, systematic thinking, and a keen service orientation.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken). German is a plus
