Head of Customer Operations/ Customer Service Europe - B2B (m/f/d) 



  • Operational and strategic ownership of the Customer Operations Europe B2B Unit 
  • Contributing significantly to the EU long term vision by ensuring the business growth strategy is clearly implemented and communicated to the Customer Operations team  
  • Management of Customer Service managers & the total Customer Operations team across Europe of 25+ colleagues 
  • Constant development of the team to ensure full ownership for their respective regions 
  • Ensuring the day-to-day operational delivery of strategic and operational plans 
  • Driver of Sales & Operational reporting and meetings to track monthly order conversion KPIs, plus monthly, quarterly and financial year budget  
  • Lead and drive operational relevant projects throughout the business year (e.g. EDI, 3PL)  
  • Close collaboration across departments (Finance, Demand Planning and Production) to ensure a transparent supply chain  
  • Leading the Customer Operations function through a digital transformation   



  • Minimum of 7 years professional experience in Customer Service / Operations; experience in shoe or fashion / lifestyle industry is a plus  
  • Experience in leading, building and developing a team 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and drive projects from start to finish, ideally within digital transformation 
  • A collaborative mindset and a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Solution driven and a proactive can-do-attitude  
  • Exceptional attention to detail; ability to analyze data quickly and precisely and translate insights into business actions 
  • Proven track of negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, good knowledge of SAP Systems and report writing skills  
  • Very good English and German language skills and intercultural competence 
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
