Head of Customer Operations/ Customer Service Europe - B2B (m/f/d) 



  • Lead and strategical develop the Customer Operations Europe Unit
  • Contribute to the EU long term vision by ensuring Operations setup and processes match the business growth strategy
  • Manage  Customer Service Managers & respective team across Europe 25+ colleagues
  • Lead the Customer Operations function through a digital transformation  
  • Ensuring the day-to-day operational delivery of strategic and operational plans
  • Develop and maintain sales/operations reportings, lead meetings to track monthly order KPIs, plus financial year budget on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
  • Lead and drive projects (e.g. EDI, 3PL) 
  • Close collaboration across departments (Finance, Demand Planning and Production) to ensure a transparent supply chain 



  • Minimum of 7 years professional experience in Customer Service / Operations; experience in shoe or fashion / lifestyle industry is a plus  
  • Experience in leading, building and developing a team 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and drive projects from start to finish, ideally within digital transformation 
  • A collaborative mindset and a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Solution driven and a proactive can-do-attitude  
  • Exceptional attention to detail; ability to analyze data quickly and precisely and translate insights into business actions 
  • Proven track of negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, good knowledge of SAP Systems and report writing skills  
  • Very good English and German language skills and intercultural competence 
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
