HR Specialist (m/w/d) - Focus Global Mobility

YOUR TASKS:

• Supporting HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations such as onboarding and offboarding of employees, as well as addressing inquiries regarding vacation.
• Serving as a point of contact for employees in our Birkenstock Corporate areas regarding all HR-related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Handling all administrative aspects of personnel measures such as drafting employment contracts, supplementary agreements, and employment references.
• Advising, organizing, and supporting new hires from abroad, as well as occasionally handling cross-border assignments for our international employees.
• Capturing, compiling, and optimizing our current Global Mobility processes and policies.
• Developing a global Mobility Policy.
• Contributing to cross-functional HR projects.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed degree, e.g., in Business Administration, or completed commercial training with a focus on Human Resources.
• First professional experience in the HR field as well as in the area of global mobility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Ideally, some experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proactivity, accountability, and ability to work well in a team.
• Strong enthusiasm for intercultural and interdisciplinary work.
