Global B2B Operations Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• Oversee and support day-to-day regional B2B Customer Service operations for our B2B online shop as a second level support.
• Manage and process incoming orders in SAP and B2B systems, including validation, issue resolution, and monitoring of order flows.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency from SAP vs B2B online shop. Including customer master data, product master data, inventory levels, prices, images. Identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
• Maintain, correct and validate product data to ensure correct setup and presentation in all relevant systems.
• Create and manage tickets for technical or process-related issues and coordinate resolution across teams such as internal IT, external shop provider, SAP support, and other internal teams
• Prepare and test SAP change requests to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Several years of experience in B2B operations, order management, or e-commerce, ideally in the fashion or retail sector
• Solid knowledge of SAP (SD module) and familiarity with PIM systems and B2B platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
• A customer-oriented approach and a passion for improving processes and workflows
