For our division Accounting ,at our location in Köln we are looking for a

Director (m/f/d) Accounts Payable

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• You ensure consistent and standardized execution of a global purchase-to-pay process and ensure seamless and timely payment of invoices in a growing, seasonal product/production business.
• You harmonize P2P processes in the context of a global introduction of S4/HANA.
• You comply with Sarbanes Oxley 404 (SOX) regulations through solid process documentation and internal control procedures. You create and secure globally consistent process and internal controls documentation.
• You will increase automation through OCR scanning, EDI and the introduction of SD interfaces for various of our global corporate companies and
• You will take responsibility for disciplinary and functional aspects of the accounts payable team (25 employees).
• You implement SAP Concur for Germany and expand this globally to other countries.
• You report to the VP Accounting and present Accounts Payable performance to the global CFO in management meetings.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• You have great expertise in global AP management with efficient payment processes and already have extensive knowledge with OCR / scanning solutions.
• You have experience in complying with SOX and creating comprehensive process documentation.
• You have strong leadership skills for both disciplinary and functional tasks.
• Effective communication, representing ideas and promoting collaboration with other departments come naturally to you.
• You are proficient in MS Office and already have very good SAP knowledge.
• Your English skills are fluent, spoken and written.
