Data Protection Coordinator (m/f/d)

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• You support the Global Data Protection Manager and the Data Protection Officer with the implementation and optimization of data protection measures with the BIRKENSTOCK Group.

• You collect, structure and process data protection-relevant information from internal global stakeholders, companies, business units and specialist departments and support operational processes related to data protection (e.g. documentation of processing activities).

• You support the creation and updating of policies, guidelines and processes in the field of data protection.

• You will support the creation of concepts, the implementation of training courses and workshops and assist with monitoring and compliance with regulations.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Completed studies or professional training with a focus on business administration, law or IT or a comparable qualification.

• At least two years of relevant practical experience in the above-mentioned field, ideally in an international commercial enterprise.

• Experience and methodological knowledge in project management.

• Training or further education related to data protection or certifications (e.g. CIPP/E or similar) are an advantage.

• Experience with data protection management tools or knowledge of technical data protection and data security area is a plus.

• Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a structured manner, as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking.

• Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
