Junior Marketing Manager - Southeast Asia & Down Under (m/f/d)
Join Birkenstock Singapore as an Assistant Marketing Manager! Drive brand growth through strategic campaigns, PR, and social media. Manage agencies, localize content, and connect our iconic brand with consumers across Southeast Asia.
YOUR TASKS:
- Brand Management: Support brand strategy and retail roadmap execution to strengthen BIRKENSTOCK’s market presence
- Campaign Execution: Drive seasonal campaigns with PR, influencers, and digital activations tailored to local markets
- Partnership Development: Build strong regional partnerships to amplify brand visibility and messaging
- Agency Management: Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution and asset delivery
- Relations: Cultivate media relationships to secure impactful coverage for seasonal launches
- Social & Content: Collaborate on relevant, localized content that engages consumers across platforms
- Event Coordination: Support events and activations such as store openings, pop-ups, and product launches
- Market Insights & Support: Track trends, competitors, and budgets while providing strategic insights and administrative support to optimize overall marketing performance
YOUR PROFILE:
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing, ideally in retail, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands with regional exposure
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Agency & Partner Management: Skilled in managing agencies and partners to deliver impactful campaigns across markets
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English; Mandarin or other language proficiency is a plus
- Digital & Social Media: Experienced in social strategy, influencer collaborations, and analytics-driven performance tracking
- Press & Media Relations: Proven ability to secure consistent media coverage and develop strong PR strategies
- Adaptability: Culturally aware, agile, and comfortable working across Southeast Asia and Down Under markets
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented project manager with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
