YOUR TASKS:

Seasonal Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams and regional partners to execute seasonal campaigns that are tailored to market-specific needs, incorporating PR, influencer partnerships, social media, and digital activations.

Partnership Development & Management: Build and maintain relationships with key regional partners to enhance BIRKENSTOCK's brand visibility and ensure consistent communication of key brand messages.

Agency Management: Lead the day-to-day coordination with agency in ensuring timely execution of seasonal campaigns and brand moments.

Press Relations & Communications: Develop and nurture relationships in ensuring strong press coverage of BIRKENSTOCK seasonal launches.

Social & Content Strategy: Work closely with agency and partners to drive relevant-to-market content.

Event Coordination & Retail Activations: Support the planning and execution of regional events such as seasonal launches, press events, new store openings, pop-up events, and potentially retail activations. Ensuring alignment with the seasonal and overall brand strategy.

Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on retail market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors. Leverage insights to recommend adjustments in strategy and identify growth opportunities for the brand in the region
YOUR COMPETENCIES:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally with regional experience in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands

Skilled in managing agencies and external partners to drive brand success across markets

Excellent communication skills in English, with Mandarin or other languages as a plus

Expertise in digital and social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and analytics tools

Proven ability to manage press relations and ensure consistent media coverage across regions

Culturally adaptable and experienced in South East Asia and Down Under markets

Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple deadlines efficiently
