Order Execution Specialist MEA (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Act as the main point of contact for customers and service providers throughout the order-to-delivery process
•    Manage end-to-end order fulfilment in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
•    Ensure strict adherence to business policies and formalities regarding order processing and billing
•    Align with customers on seasonal delivery forecasts and finalize payment plans based on terms and credit limits
•    Communicate product availability, including fill-rate and size run analysis, to customers
•    Monitor open orders, key campaign styles and performance
•    Cooperate closely with customers
 
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
•    Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP
•    Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
•    Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
•    Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
•    You stay well-organized with outstanding attention to detail under tight deadlines
