Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a professional with demonstrated experience in generating customer insights and translating them into marketing initiatives (brand/content/performance) that help drive revenues and margins for a consumer brand.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Understand the Customer, Elevate the Brand, Drive Revenue & Margins.
  • Setup & manage customer/audience insights capability.
  • Lead/Execute customer lifecycle management initiatives and day to day operations.
  • Manage and drive the creation, localization, development and implementation of conceptual and editorial digital content and topics.
  • Develop, manage and continuously optimize digital content and communications calendar i.e. Newsletter, Social Media, etc.; as well as product placement and develop and create required content in collaboration and category management/merchandising, marketing and operations.
  • Co-create and optimize the seasonal campaign calendar ensuring alignment with local and global strategy and synchronized with product launches/flows.
  • Lead/Execute DTC 360 degree full funnel marketing activation, own performance revenue, investment budget, ROAS/ROI and relevant KPIs (Search, Shopping, Prospecting, Retargeting, Display, Affiliate, Social; Organic channels and SEO; Content and content marketing).
  • Lead/Execute the design, implementation and monitoring of SEO measures and page optimization.
  • Continuously evolve digital/performance channel to maximize business KPIs.
  • Own, analyze and report on KPIs for all tasks and accountabilities and drive vendors to achieve and exceed KPI targets.
  • Manage and lead projects from proposal to implementation, collaborating with cross functions, external partners, and vendors.
  • Be the bridge between local and global project teams.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or communications or comparable professional experience.
  • Over 3 years of experience in digital/content/audience marketing and eCommerce business.
  • Experience in footwear, fashion industry is a plus.
  • Fluent English, German is a plus.
  • Familiar with MS office products and other web cloud base applications.
  • Experience in paid media tools, CRM tools, design tools, marketing automation tools and analytics tools and knowledge on CMS, Demandware is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of SEA Audience/Consumer and New Media proficiency.
  • High proficiency in analytics tools and data interpretation.
