Customer Service Executive (1-year contract)

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Manage the order intake process in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize container yield and delivery processes.
  • Monitor credit terms and collections process, ensuring timely invoicing and cash collection.
  • Manage scheduled deliveries of open orders and ensure availability allocation.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Assist with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including rolling forecasts and management reporting.
  • Provide marketing highlights and insights to support sales planning and forecasting.
  • Convert sales orders accurately in SAP and manage product mix according to demand.
  • Monitor product availability, fill rates, and forecast conversion rates.
  • Provide order overview and stock allocation status reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor daily sales order book in SAP and provide timely updates on order status.
  • Create and maintain master data in SAP, including material, customer, pricing, discount, and credit master records.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably with regional exposure
  • SAP End User, preferably SAP Change Agent
  • Proven track record in SAP all SD Matter / Customer Service
  • Excellent user skills for Excel
  • Proficiency in English on native speaker level 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
  • Dilligent x attention to details
  • Enjoy working in multinational environment
  • Reliable, hands on, proactive, passionate, good ‘followship’
  • Corporate agility and adaptability to pivot/adjust to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment
