Coordinator, Acquisition & Performance Marketing, Digital Americas

YOUR TASKS

  • Support in the flawless execution of performance and acquisition marketing activities across all paid channels, including but not limited to search, social, shopping, programmatic and display; and all platforms, with a strong focus on driving revenue and new customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Agency on a daily basis, to support a full-funnel approach to optimization of our digital paid programs, including channel oversight, creative briefing, budget review, goal setting, reporting and accountability.
  • Execute campaigns in order to target existing customers throughout all stages of the marketing funneling, to create emotional connections and turn our brand fans into advocates.
  • Optimize marketing spend across digital marketing channels to achieve maximum ROI in paid media campaigns; as well as managing tightly to CPA/CAC and CRO goals in prospecting, remarketing, and acquisition campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing team to support third party digital advertising programs.
  • Own the creative briefing process, from a partnership with Merchandising to understand key styles to support, to briefing the creative and copy teams on all format/size needs, to providing all assets and copy to the agency for execution.
  • use laser-targeted prospecting tactics like lookalike and acquisition campaigns, and upper funnel programs to bring qualified traffic to the site, and turn them into brand fans.
  • Support in the management of the BIRKENSTOCK Americas affiliate program.
  • Run experiments to test feasibility, validate and optimize performance, including A/B tests, creative and landing page tests, etc. o Optimize copy and landing pages for paid marketing campaigns, to find the optimal balance between content and commerce and understand how to speak to different performance audiences.
  • Collect and analyze test data, identify trends and actionable insights in order to achieve maximum results. o Create regular reports and ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Use and control of predictive campaign delivery tools.
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising and market trends.
  • Expand the potential of our marketing portfolio by recommending new platforms, attribution targeting, advanced technologies and ad formats.
