Senior CRM Manager E-Mail Marketing (m/f/d) 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic and operational development of the customer journey in the field of email marketing with a focus on acquisition in the area of existing customers and further reactivation measures
  • Design and execution of campaigns for various customer segments, product categories and markets
  • Development and implementation of personalization measures for existing customers and subscribers
  • Implementation and optimization of automated campaigns along the customer journey
  • Independent monitoring and analysis of retention measures based on defined KPIs
  • Working closely with the CRM product owners and developers to facilitate the implementation of technical innovations
  • Creation, optimization and evaluation of various email customer surveys and development of concrete recommendations for action along the customer journey
  • Technical supervision of your team members
  • Collaboration with external creative agencies in the field of content creation and optimization

 

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND:

  • A successfully completed degree in business sciences or the humanities, or a comparable course of study
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in email marketing, retention marketing or CRM, ideally in the consumer goods sector or the fashion industry
  • Sound understanding of international brands and mono-brand stores, preferably in the fashion industry, as well as a flair for recognizing attractive content and designs 
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Google Analytics and proven competence working with a popular email marketing system, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, AmpScript or similar, and knowledge of feed management systems and personalization engines are advantageous
  • Technical understanding, especially in relation to setting up and optimizing automated email journeys and marketing campaigns, as well as a high level of quality awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills, basic knowledge of additional European languages and German language skills are advantageous
  • Excellent analytical skills, hands-on mentality and a holistic, entrepreneurial mindset
