SEO Manager (m/w/d) Europe 




  • You are an expert in search engine optimization and ensure the best possible ranking for our European web shops (currently 20) in organic search results.
  • To aid us in reaching our goals, you are responsible for the further development of our SEO strategies as well as the corresponding analyzes and the management of agencies and service providers.
  • With your extensive knowledge, you will further develop the web shop SEO based on best practices, thus ensuring optimized organic content reaches perspective customers.
  • What’s more, you understand technical SEO contexts (HTML, CSS, IT infrastructures, etc.) and further develop the SEO roadmap in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You plan content and indexing strategies target-oriented and implement them successfully in the European setup.
  • You know your way around data dashboards (e.g., Google Search Console and Data Studio) as well as common SEO and web analysis tools and derive valid action items for individual stakeholders in the e-commerce team



  • University degree in marketing or economics or a comparable training
  • At least three years of professional experience with SEO in an internationally operating e-commerce company, ideally from the fashion or lifestyle industry
  • Experience with common marketing, SEO and analysis tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Searchmetrics, SISTRIX, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Proven track record with on-page, technical and off-page SEO as well as website design and setting up online content
  • Ideally, experience with CMS or store management systems (esp. SFCC / Demandware)
  • Profound communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in data-driven and results-oriented work
