Join us in shaping the future at our Munich location as a
CRM Analyst (m/f/d) Europe 




  • Continuous further development of existing customer analysis processes for the European markets
  • Analysis of all relevant KPIs in CRM (e.g., email marketing, automated journeys and on-site behavior in the login area), as well as the development of recommendations for action based on data
  • Development of analysis standards, KPI frameworks and best practices
  • Providing support and advice for internal stakeholders with suitable KPIs
  • Optimization of data generation and data analysis processes through the implemented email marketing and CRM tools and continuous assurance of data quality standards
  • Business analysis based on the collected data in close collaboration with the Business Intelligence and E-Commerce Analysis teams



  • At least two years of professional experience working in data analysis at an international E-commerce company; ideally in the fashion industry
  • Very good knowledge of Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud and familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud are advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills and a high level of proficiency in Tableau
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills, German language skills are advantageous
  • Committed team player with very good logical and analytical skills
