B2B Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) UK

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be working in a small, friendly and growing regional office.
  • Facilitating an exceptional customer experience is your contribution to a thriving sales team.
  • You are the first and main point of contact for our B2B Customers, including some UK Key Accounts. 
  • You will answer incoming customer, sales, and general enquiries via e-mail and phone whilst proving your exceptional ability to establish a strong relationship with all our clients.
  • As a true team player, you pay attention to detail and deadlines and maintain friendliness and patience with ease while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be open minded & express ideas for improvement and to increase efficiency on a day-to-day basis.
  • Your order book is your responsibility. Daily releases of orders, liaising with customers on shipments and booking-in is part of our daily routine.
  • Communication is the key to our success. You keep your immediate, the sales, and the finance team updated on all ongoing customer issues. 
  • Last but not least, you thoroughly and accurately maintain customer service records and make these accessible to all Teams. 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Able to ensure all internal and external rules, regulations, and legal requirements are fully understood and can be articulated clearly to the stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude to improve systems and processes in order to bring benefits to our customers and business 
  • Always deliver on promises made and keep the customer and other team members fully informed
  • Prioritise workloads to ensure the customer receives a consistent experience
  • A positive and proactive attitude, strong organisational skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in the UK market and with the main players is preferred
  • Proficient understanding of SAP and good user skills in Excel 
  • Able to quickly build relationships internally and externally as well as brand awareness
