For our Sales team at our location in Cologne, we are looking for a

Manager (m/f/d) Sales Planning E-Commerce


  • You’ll simulate year-end forecasts and thoroughly prepare them, create reports as well as ad-hoc analyzes and derive recommendations for action
  • You analyze and manage our global sales with comprehensive monitoring, and make reliable forecasts based on relevant KPIs such as sales, inventory, calculation key figures and retail price
  • In regular meetings and close coordination with the worldwide regional sales units (Europe, America, Asia and the Middle East), you control and support volume planning for the areas of e-commerce, marketplace and B2C
  • You will derive analytical action points that add business value from your daily business analysis and communications with sales regions
  • You will develop, implement, and optimize our analysis and reporting tools and your input will also be important for projects relevant for our planning
  • In regular meetings, you discuss influences, changes and strategies related to the sales plan
  • You work globally and are the interface within sales planning for the regional sales units



  • Completed business studies or a comparable qualification with further complementary training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in planning or analytics, ideally in e-commerce / marketplaces / retail
  • Well-founded business knowledge, especially about KPIs, in the areas of e-commerce / retail, such as conversion rate, UPT, AVT, visitors, sales rate etc.
  • Experience with planning systems (e.g., Merchandise Financial Planning or Oracle) and merchandise management systems (Futura or Salesforce)
  • Pronounced affinity with numbers, analytical skills and confident handling of budgets, forecasts, reports and KPIs
  • Hands-on mentality and proactive and effective communication
  • Very good spoken and written English and German
