Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with relevant Key Accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Achieving Targets: Plan the business proactively and implement effective sell-through strategies to meet sales volume and strategic goals.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to design and execute optimal go-to-market strategies.
  • Collection Presentation: Present seasonal collections, manage order intake, oversee sell-through performance, monitor inventory levels, and handle orderbook management.
  • Business Planning: Create annual business plans, seasonal forecasts, and 3-year plans covering products, clients, and marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Development: Drive and develop key strategic priorities for your region to enhance market impact.
  • Showroom Coordination: Set up and maintain showrooms for new collections, showcasing product innovations, pricing strategies, and merchandise plans to partners.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Generate and analyze system reports to support seasonal sell-in processes and improve market understanding.

 

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Expertise: 5+ years proven experience in Sales and Account Management, preferably with premium clients in the footwear or fashion industry, and strong financial acumen.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, time management, problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interpersonal Strengths: Customer-centric mindset, strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivation, ownership, adaptability, resilience, integrity, and reliability.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently within the region to strengthen Key Account relationships.
